Anyone else feel like Kennen's Blood Moon skin is better than Yasuo's?

Yasuo's windwall and tornado are the only moves with ok animations, and really they are just wispy red. Kennen's Q,W, and E look hella cool and have darker and fuller effects. Yasuo's mask is fairly simple and undetailed, while Kennen's is a main part of the skin and fits a lot more in recalls and other animations, let alone the grand scheme of things.
Honestly I'm not going to complain that much because I don't like Yasuo in the first place, but either the skin team did an overly amazing job with Kennen's skin or they just didn't have as much to work with when they made the Yasuo one.
