Asking people to sink that much time or money into an RNG based loot system is soooooooooo disgusting. What is the point of doing them? It seems really anti consumer and I'm pretty sure the quantity of soul stealer vaynes sold would outweigh the few who dump a ton of money on chests.
They should add this into the hextech system notifications:

I'd be fine with hextech only skins if you could not get them through the paid chests. Having them be RNG based on the free chests would be completely fine.
