Taliyah looks fine exactly how she is. It's a breath of fresh air and her apperance is much more unique someone like Miss Fortune or Sona.
Looking over the replies here you mention design quality a lot, yet it seems to me like you just throw "it's bad" on something you personally dislike, without actual design considerations. I want to see what design or drawing work you've done that gives you such an expert opinion on what is good or bad design.
Are we seriously still arguing about this? It's a marvel that anyone can possibly care about the eyebrows of a fictional character in one piece of art in a videogame. Everyone please shut up already.
I don't think the average person who frequents this board has any sense of aesthetics, or proportions or anything.
Taliyah's eyebrows hide half her forehead and that's just silly. People who slap you with random pictures of random women to suggest a comparison are just blind, they look nothing alike.
