And one more thing: New Fiora looks Ionian rather than Demacian

After looking at this picture which shows us the old head on new Fiora model, I thought: http://i.imgur.com/IXG1FEv.jpg?1 How exactly is that update supposed to blend into the style? As far as I remember, it was one of few reasons (or the main reason) why this visual update was actually made: to blend into it, to make Fiora look more Demacian. But let's look at Lucian, the closest one to Fiora in the terms of visuals: http://i.imgur.com/dvtdSCM.jpg His outfit actually looks much closer to the old Fiora rather than the new one. You can easily suggest that they are both from Demacia and both are wearing some kind of a "battle suit", which is most likely a pretty fashionable and practical outfit amongst noble fighters. Now look at these two skins, Arclight Varus and Order of The Lotus Irelia: http://i.imgur.com/8JuvUsP.jpg http://i.imgur.com/5qLIwKt.png These both characters are Ionian, the design of these skins are pushing them both into even more "Ionian" style. As example, in the beginning, Arclight Varus was meant to be a "Pre-Corruption" version of Varus (before the Arclight skin line has existed). Which means that he looked like this before he became... purple. And now I simply want to ask: what is the meaning of this?
