@RiotKateyKhaos, can Old Warring Kingdoms Skins Get New Particle Effects Too?

So Warring Kingdoms Azir, Garen, and Vi are out on the PBE right now. Those skins have amazing new particle effects, gorgeously vibrant colors, and even a few new skill animations. Super pumped for those to come out on live!

However, the current live Warring Kingdoms skins could use some love too. I recently bought the Warring Kingdoms Xin Zhao chroma bundle, and while I love the skin itself and the chromas, I feel slightly disappointed that there aren't any changes to the particle effects or the skill animations at all.

Is there any way for some of those new particles at least to make their way into the older Warring Kingdoms skins? It would be so cool if Xin Zhao could summon a giant glowing dragon from his tornado like Garen can. Especially if you could change its color to match the chroma too. That would be so friggin awesome.

I'm sure the other Warring Kingdoms skins like Jarvan, Kat, and Tryndamere would love some new particle effects too.

Sorry if I'm calling out to the wrong Rioter, but RiotKateyKhaos is the only one I know that was part of the team responsible for the gorgeous Elementalist Lux skin. Love your work guys!

Maybe it's unnoticeable, but WK Xin Zhao actually has new, storm-themed VFX (there are both tornadoes and lightning). WK Jarvan also has new VFX (not entirely new, but still new)- His W is at least half red and his Q and E have little fire effects, if I'm not wrong.

That said, I do hope that those two will eventually get revisited in the future (maybe even WK Tryndamere, too, now that Garen himself can Jade-Dragon-Spin and) now that the skin line and its rather 'traditional' art style (for the VFX, at least) is all fleshed out.
