PROJECT: Lore?

I was always curious about the PROJECT: skin line. A lot of the quotes and the cinematics depict a possible story. The new PROJECT: Ashe tells of some project champions and branching off, or rebelling from the rest of the group or organization. I was curious to know whether or not Riot plans on releasing an official lore, or extended lore like they do for new champions or Full Reworks. It would be curious, and a good read into some other stories in the Runeterra universe.

It would be too amazing if they released some PROJECT lore.

Though its not exactly official you can basically place the assumption that its a far future scenario city, possibly Zaun maybe since it could fit as its lore as a city in a contradiction state of support and ruin. Which could add to the idea of how the PROJECT series which is highly likely a undertaking to 'revive' powerful individuals, since unless they some how pulled the actual beings from the current era they live in and tried to brain wash them in a more futuristic style of how Viktor's Battle'cast series of champions with Cho'gath, Khasix and Kogma and so on went if you could consider it that way if no lore was put in that skin series either.

Its highly likely that either: A. The PROJECT 'bodies' are actually the original corpses of the individuals that have been revitalized thru advance sciences in that 'future era' and were intent to become unstoppable engines of destruction for whoever 'controlled them', with the combination of their powerful abilities that have been augmented by that science. It could fit well with the videos that show 'Master Yi' having flash backs of his past during his period of escape. Plus the 'mad scientist' likely either was trying to inject some kind of substance that might of been nanomachines to 'take him over', such as he may of escaped before or it was just a way to simply torture him to 'divulge' important information since he may of been operating with other escaped PROJECTs like Lucian and Fiora who aim to be 'free'.

OR

B. The PROJECT 'bodies' are completely artificial with them being uploaded with the memories, skills and abilities of the original beings, resulting in them being mere 'copies', but it grants them an individuality that can let them break free of the constraints of being 'slaves' that follow orders and choose to disobey to be 'human' still.

Altogether i'd have to say the concept of all the PROJECT champions are 'semi-robotic' slaves originally and likely all but Zed and Katarina managed to break free (Yasuo and maybe even Leona is questionable), where they choose to be free and not be restrained to 'cruel orders'. They could also of pushed the gag that Zed and Katarina 'chose' to stay slaves, because of the power and benefits they are granted by doing so(which for zed matches up since his gag was seeking forbidden power if i recall that led to him murdering his master i believe?), Seems the most favorable in terms of 'close enough' lore i could think of.

Though if anyone has any 'actual' ideas to add to and not something ridiculous or comedical, then i'd be all ears if im still following this thread.
