DwarvenGiant1 votesThe article is mostly about them saying that they messed up a little because the update wasn't meeting a lot of players' expectations regarding Fiora. I don't think that they're hinting that she might get a second VU, at least not anytime soon. I see it more as an apology and explanation of the general goals that they're trying to achieve with Champion Updates.
