After Twisted Fate had his E counter updated to show up on the skill icon whenever he gains the bonus damage on auto attack it no longer makes a card drawing noise to let the player know he has it. It's a minor thing but been bothering me since the change. Any reason why it happened?

This is a bug, and something we're investigating. Not exactly sure what happened in this case - I'm guessing the audio hookup fell off. :c
In the future, please use the report a bug boards so we can better track issues like these! :3
Alright. I didn't know if it was a bug or intentional so I just posted it here
Yeah I posted the same bug in the "report a bug" boards, and I'm still waiting for an update about what's going on.
