I just played a ranked game where my spellshield didn't block any abilities. I took damage and CC through my spellshield every single time. Hecarim ult, Hecarim E knockback/damage, Hecarim Q, Leona E damage and root, Leona Q, Leona ult, and Kai'sa W damage through my spellshield. Don't see any reports about this so I'm making one. I'll be testing in customs if this happens all the time

Sivir's spellshield doesn't work like Morg's. It only blocks a single ability, if simultaneous it will only block one. This may be your issue.
It didn't block anything though. I took all those CC abilities and damages without my shield breaking at all through the game
