I keep seeing some people saying custom announcers will get you banned, others saying it's totally cool and no one has ever been banned for using them. What's Riot's official stance on them because I haven't seen anything concrete yet. I don't want to get a random permaban just because I want to hear some dank memes while playing
They are annoying AF because you have to reinstall them every single update and they break all the time. Half the time the game tries to patch them too so then you have to go back and put them in again.
Anything that does not affect the actual gameplay is okay as far as I understand. There used to be a big thread saying what you can and cannot do on player behavor and moderation, but I can't find it. If you really want to be 100% sure I would go search for that.
