That wil take some time but Cho does have potential to be much better than what he actualy is, but keep in mind he has 6 dfferent base mondels for each time his R is sucessful cast ( and he grows on size)
From what I know then Poppy is the next big update that they are doing and after her they plan on doing Urgot.
But well these 2 are big because they also need ability reworks and maybe even som thematical tweaks,so I could see cho'gath being big in a different way and getting somewhere inbetween(however I think poppy will still come first,because they want to update cho'gath so that he has an evolving model,but the current champion standards are just too low for that)
