I feel like Annie's story and character should be more in line.

In the lore, Annie is a powerful commander of dark magic.

Her parents are powerful mages from Noxus.

She was born and raised in the Voodoo lands.

Tibbers is a shadow bear, a once proud creature that she transformed into a stuffed animal.

Not once in her lore do the words Fire, Flame, or Pyromancy appear.

I see two ways you can bring her into line with her story.

1. Change the names, visuals, and descriptions of her spells to match the "Dark Mage" theme of her passive. I know that is unrealistic (and would piss off a lot of people), because the character of Annie is well established as a Pyromancer Child, not to mention all of the art that would have to be redone for no particular reason. Hell, "Dark Magus Annie" could be an interesting skin (because Annie doesn't have enough skins yet, right?)

2. Add something to her lore, saying that "Annie has a particular preference for fire magic" and change her title to "The Child of Flame" There is nothing wrong with Annie's character, but something as major as "This champion is a fire user" should be in her lore.

Personally, I would do the second option. Sounds easier.
