So we have champion reworks, what about skin reworks?

It's just a slight annoyance, for probably me and tons of other people who have just seen this skin, or even used this skin, that it is very, VERY, old, and it's model, splash art, and voice over show it's age. I'm currently talking about Gentleman Cho'Gath. Chogath

I see Riot has been updating some of the old splash art with new artwork to make them fit in a bit more, and they might at some point have reached Cho'Gath's splash art, but they would probably only do the splash art. He's on of the original characters and I feel like should get a bit more love. Now the voice over might sound all old and such to match the skins theme, but a good model update to fit the current Cho'Gath model would be somewhat appreciated.

Riot already confirmed Cho'gath will be getting a full new 100% remodel. Don't expect anything to happen till then for Cho's skins. Gentleman Cho will almost without a doubt get at least some work on it.

Well they'll eventually update cho'gath and his skins along with him,so there is no reason why they'd update the skin on itself.

Those are called visual updates (VU), not a rework.

Reworks are large mechanical changes.

Balance changes only change statistics.

These are just terms, but this is the most common terms used.
