He leaves a tribe for death while removing their only way to defend themselves.I know i understand that He has a job to do but at least stay with them till they find a decent place to live he is a magus of border line divine power yet he cant simply help them? Not saying the story is bad in fact i fucking love it good job riot he feels like a fleshed out character. He kinda reminds me of kiritsugu emiya he also believes that sacrificing the few to save the whole was the best though that path didnt really...oh well im not going to say much in case people wanted to be surprised in fate zero the thing is he was willing to give up everything to save the world http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/typemoon/images/5/55/Fate_Zero_-_24_-_Large_422.png/revision/latest?cb=20120813045029

The thing is that time is precious.

It would take weeks and likely a lot of battles against a whole horde of trolls to protect the tribe until they find some place safe.

Ryze isn't willing to spent so much time to save so few because if he fails to get a rune in time only once,it might cause the destruction of the whole world.

You could argue time. You could argue urgency. But I believe that Ryze, wants to erase all traces of the World Runes effects on Runeterra. The only reason the tribe remained alive is because they have been sheltered by the rune. The ice trolls are as much of this world as the tribes people are, ahem look at trundle. Trundle And im sure Ryze has been alive long enough to accept the mortality of anyone and everything. The quote at the beginning of the chapter hints at this... "Take care with this world. What is made can be unmade." A tribe surviving against ridiculous odds at the fringes of freljord? People should have moved years ago. Ryze did ask them too.
