What are your biggest fears regarding your favourite champions/regions' future?
Hi everyone! Lately, I've been thinking a lot about "what would annoy me the most regarding X or Y champ's future?", and while I thought a lot about mine, I'm wondering about other people's. Since I don't think a lot about other champions' future, I'm interested in knowing what you're the most afraid of regarding their future. Other than, you know, death for the most part!
So yeah... Tell me what, in your opinion, is the worst thing that could happen to your favourite champion? Or region, if you're more invested in regions than champions! I'll share mine below! I'll also leave a poll (a serious one, for once!)
- Regarding Syndra, my biggest fear is that she'll be irrelevant. She already feels irrelevant to the world around her because she hasn't done much, and I'm afraid she never will. I'm also afraid she'll become a mindless villain with no real motive, since she currently lacks a defined personality and goal.
- My second fear is regarding Kayle and Morgana. Both of which I dearly love, and I fear one of them will eclipse the other. While I know a lot of people think that's already the case, I don't feel like it is... yet. And again, my biggest fear is that one of them becomes irrelevant next to the other.
That's about it for me! Now tell me what's yours! I'm not saying these are rational fears or whatever, I think Riot's writers and editors are very good, but it sometimes happens that a writer's plan doesn't align with your hopes. Which is totally fine, it is their story to write, but I also think it's fine to voice aloud some fears and concerns! :p
Don't canonize
x BS
(she's too pure for that weirdo)
Don't ruin
by giving her the Morg update special STRONG BADASS > Whiny teen angst
Let
be a badass again whose independent from Kayle
Make
have more of an effect on the area she's in
Not only do they feel extremely underpowered in the game, but their lore makes other champions seem weaker in comparison
trident is just
for fun
more on the gray, and not a straight up good vs bad one. But seeing how they portray the second now, and seeing some lines of
Riot barely progressing their lore at all or turning them into jobbers who can't make any progress towards their goals because if they managed to advance in any way it'd have drastic changes on the world (Unless they decided to redeem Aatrox or something idk).
was.. yea
.
I also wish they gave him a spiky head and not a bald head like in the short story that was made for him and the 10 year anniversary art with nocturne designs.
being just left like that, being literally nobody in the lore. I just want him to be more than a Assassin's creed wannabe.
Also other thing I fear is
, but I do have some concerns. The main one, and this may sound bad, but I hope his parents are dead and that he finds their bodies in a ruin somewhere, holding a family picture. I say this because an experience like this would be a major point of growth where he needs to cope with the fact that the only people who truly seemed to care about him are not alive after all, and Lux could probably help him with this. If they were alive, it would leave him where he was before because he was right and now has parents. The storytelling seems better if he has to face the trauma of losing the only people who showed him affection than if he just gets it back and everything is happy.

Thanks pro play...
