Looking at the silhouette (ignoring it was Caitlyn's name in that list which was leaked), Quinn and Vayne are other potential owners.
Their weapons are different, that is true, but come on - a current-day legendary skin can easily get a remodeled weapon. Remember, we're not exactly talking Annie in Wonderland or The Magnificent Twisted Fate (lack of) quality levels anymore.
Jhin is another one, considering his physical build, the size/shape of his weapon, the portrayed mechanical arm, and whatever the bulge on his back is.
