Like how in Game of Thrones each house has a quote I.e. House Stark says "Winter is Coming" do the houses of Demacia have similar things? Like I feel like House Lightshield would be "For The King!" Or something like that, can you confirm if they do, and if they do can you say what they are, thanks.

But i just wanted to know if like the motto of House Laurent was something like "Strike quickly, Strike deftly" cuz it sounds like it would be something along those lines and that's not just something someone says unless it means something to them, and maybe the other houses have mottos too.

I think it would be really cool for each house to have a motto. If the Noxian slogans are things like "only the strong survive" then Demacian might be more "The few protect the many" or "Justice, Valor, and Might"

All we really know is that Demacia is designed to be the foil of Noxius. If Noxian champs say things like "only the strong survive" then Demacian champs (and therefore the houses they represent) would have mottos on the other side of the spectrum.

Both city-states have been relatively untouched by the lore updates since the IoW wqas removed from canon. A Few champions have been updated, such as Taric beingg a former Demacian and Fiora's rework, but most are stilll Dated.

you forgot sona and vayne. I don't know if there are 2 other houses. Fiora's crest is almost the same as the guys form High garden in GoT which is a rose.
