Yeah,I agree that he should keep the puns in some way. Yes it is a bit weird for a serious character to be so puntastic,but it is a memorable personality-trait and fits in its own weird way.
Don't touch his weak kit Riot, he is strong but if the enemy make enough MR vlad faces a lack of damage, but a visual is good, he is just nice in his visual with sousteal e lorde of blood skins, (rebel too), the others skins is like a mexican actor vampire with strange hair
