Blitzcrank's potential VGU

Riot stated that if VGU is a hit, they will likely do more, which makes senses as big VGU candidates are becoming less and less. With next year we will obviously get (this one is just very likely because they are confident it'd be insane if 2019 went without Morde rework) and two unknown full VGU in pre-production state. But because statistic are showing some promise, maybe, just maybe we might get one such rework as Ezreal's slotted into the very end of 2019.

According to Meddler, they are thinking of Blitzcrank as the strongest candidate for this kind of rework. He is the biggest contradiction next to in terms of how they are in game versus lore. In lore, Blitzcrank is a friendly golem, but in game you just hear him exterminating and that time of men is over.

So just like other major VGU a Blitzcrank rework should include:

1, Completely new model across all skins and animations (no more crappy animations on Lancer ones please) 2, New splash art for skins where it is needed. 3, New quotes, hopefully a fair amount of interactions with other characters. 4, New story (his lore is up to date I believe, so he should just get a new story) 5, Change the skill(s) they think needs changing.

In my opinion, if he were to get gameplay changes, in order to reflect his lore better, have him get a togglable Q, one where he could try save allies from enemies (similar to , I know the latter can troll)) But imagine all the possibly situations. Him hooking into a bush or something, it'd maybe make enemy scared because what if he's getting the jungler into the play? These kind of things would be funny in my opinion.
