@Reav3 Xin isn't on new tier 1s?
I thought you guys all said, even Xenogenic and Meddler that his mini rework was a holdover for like 1,5 years til full VGU. I want my horse

Well... it hasn't been 1.5 years since his mini-rework, for one thing. I would also love to see a quote that they said 1.5 years. Riot doesn't plan that far ahead for VGUs; they do the ones that have good directions now, and when it's time, they do ideation on several candidates and again work on the ones for which they have good ideas.
They don't decide a year in advance who they are going to work on. That's just not how it works.
