Item lore please

We get a lot of lore for champs and regions but we barely get any lore for items themselves. I know there's items like dead man's with actual quotes on them which is cool, but a lot of items feel lackluster because there isn't much said about them. Adding little tidbits on items make them A LOT more interesting from a story telling perspective.

I think there's a good spot to put lore in items in the shop tool-tips or in the item tool-tips, similar to this
