And I am curious, how do you imagine his new visuals or skills?

I personally think that relaunched Yorick would wear a dark coat, he would be tall, much thinner than he already is. Let's say that he might look like a weared english gravedigger, with long grey hair and damaged teeth. The closest example would be Father Gascoigne from Bloodborne. Seriously, that looks more than a little inspired by The Undertaker (WWE). Maybe for a new skin, but not for a base model.

After all, Poppy will remain a Yordle and Sion was (and still is) a hulking brute, so Yorick should still be a hunched green giant dressed like a medieval grave digger.

I think he should remain kinda hunched over,I think no other champ is hunched like he is,so it is something unique in terms of visuals.

Also I think that making him stand straight could mess with his skins a lot.I mean imagine a straight upstanding undertaker yorick

I originally bought Yorick because he was in Pentakill and I was collecting the band and the skins.

The only thing I find insufferable about him is his ridiculous hopping walk. He's not someone I pull out often,but even now I find him highly enjoyable.

Dig that coat idea, though.

Oh boy here we go. I personally think that if they want to go with the whole plague aspect then they have to go full on gross stuff (although that's impossible for Riot as they want to keep a rating and people get scared from something like Rek'sai ult).

Hmm those visuals look good... for his skills I would love him to give of that "working man" feeling. Everyone is fighting and killing but SOMEONE has to dig graves, handle corpses and all that stuff. Imagine a minigame where you have to give minions/jungle monsters a proper "burial", so they become zombies and fight for you.

For his ult the best thing would be some kind of AoE terrain change, similiar to the J4 ult, but this one gets smaller over time and deals damage if you are still in it when it's closing up completly (Ult voiceline "THIS WILL BE YOUR GRAVE" or something like that.)

I played Bloodborne, and for both that reason and the fact that this actually works quite a lot I think this is a really great idea. It'd probably end up with him getting a bit more of a Shadow Isles look than human (perhaps his left hand is mutated/monstrous and his shovel is bound permanently to his palm?) But other than that I really like this shabby, weathered gravedigger idea.

Of course his kit would be as far from Gascoigne's own skillset as possible. Personally I think Yorick could be really cool if we kept his current identity (minion summoner) intact but made it work differently. Perhaps an Udyr-esque kit where he has no ulti but every skill summons a different Ghoul, or a Heimerdinger-esque one where QWE are Ghouls and R empowers the Ghouls with bonus affects to Yorick himself (eg. bonus resistances, additional damage, etc...)

Yorick is one of the most satisfying champs to last hit with. Every time you wind up, the whack is accompanied by a satisfying bong as the shovel decks someone. I desperately hope that they keep that sound effect on him, even if its just for crits.
