Ran across a rather nick mockup that brings Koggy a bit more in line with his splash art that was posted some time ago.
He really could use some retouching. While he isn't quite as bad as pizza-feet Taric, he's still pretty rough.

Ezreal came out at about the same time as Koggy, and he looks fine.
The vision of what Void creatures look like has changed a fair bit over the years. It seems to me it would be a good idea to get the Void Puppy up to date with the rest of the crew.

I disagree. Kog'Maw has way more detail on his model, and a joke animation, which pretty much everyone from 2010 didn't have. Also, I really hope he doesn't turn purply like Cho'Gath did. I think he fits in relatively well with the void now, considering how they all look like aliens.

The mockup linked isn't all purple. The plates on his back are purple, but otherwise he's mostly shades of grey. I think a little more blue would help him to stand out a bit more from the map, personally.
And I've gotta ask, since apparently you know.

Rebonack1 votesWith a lot of the big-eyed Yordles getting more complex facial animations, it makes me feel even more strongly that Kog could really use a visual update taking advantage of this new tech. He's the adorable Void Puppy! He needs to actually look it!
