Honestly, better letting champions be how they are more fitting rather "enforcing" them to be female, or enforcing a female champion to be the usual " strung wuman wo nids na man".
Besides there were already good steps on that direction, like Illaoi, Rek' sai and the reworked Poppy for example are both strong in their own way, and even Taliyah and Sivir are strong while not being bulky. It' s just that Riot does not release champions anymore with the same frequence like in the past, and for a good reason, so having a more divers erooster require stime.
