is Singed getting a new Voice over with his update?
Singed has 12 voice over lines 3 of which are laughs and one being his selection line in champ select. It seems to be an unbelievably small number in comparison to some newer champions (sion being the latest champion has over 13 minutes of voice over work)
Singed in addition is also a huge part of the games lore, with him being involved with many champions in one way or another.
some examples include (taken from the league wikia)
-Singed was  Warwick's apprentice in alchemy, until his master was transformed by  Soraka's spell during the Noxian invasion of Ionia. The two were good friends too.
-Singed invented the toxic weapon used on  Master Yi's home village. The remains of the village were so horrific that it remains a festering scar on Ionian history. To this day, no Ionian will ever publicly speak of what occurred.
-During an Ionian ambush on Noxian troops, Singed launched a barrage of biochemical terror on both forces. 
Riven witnessed as around her Ionian and Noxian alike fell victim to an unspeakably gruesome fate.
-Singed and 
Blitzcrank are on unfriendly terms with one another.
-Singed is commonly teammates with his fellow Zaunites, 
Warwick and 
Dr. Mundo, on the Twisted Treeline.
-In the Navori Province of Southern Ionia, Singed was charged with the extermination of an unexpected giant rat infestation. Some suspect that 
Twitch may have been involved in the rodent invasion.
-Singed is a business partner of 
Gragas, responsible for supplying him with brewing machinery and hardware.
it also lists singed being friends with 
Viktor as well as being enemies with 
Irelia
Singed is in a position where i think more champions have room to interact with him then any other champion. champions i was surprised weren't listed in some fashion were 
Jarvan 
Lee Sin and 
it would honestly be a crime for singed not to have a new VO with tons of interactions with other champions, even the lesser updates like 
Cassiopeia and 
Renekton got some new voice over lines to help them tie in with the shurima story line.
i could see why you guys wouldn't want to use resources on a new VO but i feel this Update won't do Singed justice without it.
