the voice actor is Liam O'Brian. he did in fact play a role in Darksiders, but not as Wraith. on IMDB he is actually credited for playing the role of War.

I know he voices Vayne Aurelius (Mana Khemia) and Spike Spiegal (Cowboy Bepop).

Yes, and since i discovered it I'm always expecting for Yasuo to grab someone's head and crush it War-style. I really hope that if they add another character related to Yasuo, it's voiced by Chris Jai Alex, the VA of Strife in Darksiders Genesis

Yup. Liam O'Brian. Voice actor for War in Darksiders, Illidan in WoW, Gaara from Naruto and also is a part of Critical Role (if you're interested in D&D)
