Elementalist Oversight

The new VO has quotes for landing binds on enemies ("Binding light!" "Stay there!" "Gotcha!"). Her Q otherwise has no hit indicator, excluding a proc. These quotes disregard the fog of war, so they provide useful information on the whereabouts of enemies.

However, these quotes are absent from the Elementalist Lux skin, meaning that if she hits a single target in fog of war, she won't know. This information may seem insignificant, but it can be useful when, for example, chasing a straggler or running after overextending to help your jungler in the enemy jungle.

If not for balance issues, could we give the new binding quotes to the Elementalist Lux skin for the sake of consistency?
