Hextech Loot Questions plz halp. Easy question for smart people like you

I'm trying to figure out to do with my loot. I currently have 4 skin shards. Battleborn Kayle, Battlecast Skarner, Mundo Mundo and justicar aatrox.

Will I ever collect say, 3 battleborn kayles and be able to combine them into the skin? Or do I HAVE to disenchant something to upgrade the skins I want?

Also- what do I do with champion blue essences? I'm also collecting boxes a lot faster than keys, will I be able to hold 100 boxes while I wait for keys to drop?

You'll have to disenchant shards to upgrade if you don't have enough essence. As a bit of advice: disenchant valuable skins and re-roll the 550 RP skins, because the skins you re-roll are completely random.
