I fell in love with this piece since I started working on this album. Alex Temple, a riot composer, was the mastermind behind it, and created an unbelievably epic track, with such gorgeous harmonies, dynamics and story, that makes metal and orchestra sound like they're made for each other. Making the keyboard solo at 3:11 was a blast and honor for me. I hope you all enjoy it as much : ) All the best, -J

Blade of the Ruined King is clearly my favorite title, especially as Progressive/ symphonic metal head.
