Can Corki get a VU?

I know that Riot stopped VUs, but Corki needs one so bad, and he doesn’t need completely reworked. He just looks and sounds outdated as fuck. I can only listen to him screeching “CONSIDER YOURSELF SPANKED NUGGET!” and “THAT JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU’RE NOTHING BUT A WHISKEY DELTA!” for so long, while his blocky mustache waves around.
