Is this 2018’s or 2017’s Ultimate skin? We didn’t get one last year, and I don’t think having an update counted, and since when have we gotten an Ult this early into the year?

Ask yourself a question:

"What year is it?"

If the answer is 2018, and they are going to release the skin of Miss Fortune this year... then it means that the skin is 2018’s Ultimate skin... but no one is saying that they must release 1 Ultimate skin each year.
