Please explain how Jhin is Ionian.
I seriously have no idea how Jhin is Ionian, absolutely zero part of him, anywhere seems Ionian, so please explain how he is.

if you're talking about looks of course he doesn't look like other ionians he's an "artist" so he has to "be different" (not rly srs about that tbh). but yeah of course he's not ionian looking he's an artist who's medium is death pretty sure that's not a typical ionian, he seems like the type of guy who would scare zed and maybe even shaco he raises death to a perfect art form, which wanting perfection in the thing you like best actually seems like a fairly ionian view tbh. sure he may not dress like an ionian but that might be because he's traveled where do you think he got the gun? i doubt the really make guns like that in ionia it looks like it was made in pilotver tbh. people don't have to look like where they are from.

Jhin being a vaguely Asian name constitutes as being Ionian, at least as far as the League lore goes. (See Yi, Ahri, Wukong, Shen, Lee Sin, etc.)
He's often paired with flowers (and a Lotus specifically on his trap) which is heavily Ionian.
