I seriously have no idea how Jhin is Ionian, absolutely zero part of him, anywhere seems Ionian, so please explain how he is.

Not one aspect of Jhin seems Ionian, his colors, his weapons, his motives, his attitude, even his quotes. there all more a long the lines of Demacia.

So freaking what?He's different,big freaking deal.Ionia is a big island nation,there are bound to be difference among it's inhabitants.

With his fashion & weapons,maybe Jhin purposely choose something different from the Ionian standard.And of course his motive,attitude & quotes are different.The man is a psychopathic "artistic" killer.He was created to show a different side of Ionia,don't act like the Ionia we've seen so far is all there is to Ionia.

Sona is a Demacian and embodies Demacian ideology but she was born and grew up in Ionia. Urgot is decked out with incredible techmaturgy from Zaun but he's still a Noxian.

People aren't defined solely by their place of birth.

Jhin being a vaguely Asian name constitutes as being Ionian, at least as far as the League lore goes. (See Yi, Ahri, Wukong, Shen, Lee Sin, etc.)

He's often paired with flowers (and a Lotus specifically on his trap) which is heavily Ionian.

His lore says he's Ionian.

I'm not sure what more you want.

my point is look at every champ from each place, all share resemblances. The only champions that Jhin bears any resemblances to is Luican/Fiora. Like compare him to Yasuo or Karma or Irelia. He has zero anything to relate them.

That's because these people had their worldly views shaped by their cultures. Jhin chose to abandon such things because he thought Ionia's culture was archaic, flawed and dumb. Just because you're born in one part of the world doesn't mean you're going to grow up to be like everyone else from that area. Humans are complex and diverse, and will build themselves up to be whatever they want to be.

if you're talking about looks of course he doesn't look like other ionians he's an "artist" so he has to "be different" (not rly srs about that tbh). but yeah of course he's not ionian looking he's an artist who's medium is death pretty sure that's not a typical ionian, he seems like the type of guy who would scare zed and maybe even shaco he raises death to a perfect art form, which wanting perfection in the thing you like best actually seems like a fairly ionian view tbh. sure he may not dress like an ionian but that might be because he's traveled where do you think he got the gun? i doubt the really make guns like that in ionia it looks like it was made in pilotver tbh. people don't have to look like where they are from.
