Considering from his previous response to Urgot and this one. I think he might go full Zaunite champ with only Noxian part as his background. His chance to be spearheading Noxus lore relaunch looks dimmer.
Urgot's staying a Noxian man, but he's far more involved in Zaun now. That's where his story is atm.

I love Noxus, but Urgot never really fit in with the rest of Noxus, he makes way more sense if they just make him full Zaunite.
Regardless of whether or not Urgot is still aligned with Noxus, he's going to have heavy Zaun themes. I just took this as an indication that they want to explore some space that isn't hextech/chem monster, not necessarily that Urgot is no longer Noxian.
Although it is completely possible that the Noxian background gets cut; I just don't think that's what Reav3 was implying.
I'm still a fan of the idea that his new character is a chem baron. Chem barons have been mentioned a lot but not represented. We need a mob boss/crooked corporate champion.
That's upsetting, I was still hoping for Urgot to sort of represent the relationship between Noxus and Zaun. Zaun is the nation known for kinda of breaking the rules and making horrific forms of weaponry, while Noxus is the nation known for being interested in anything new that can improve their military.
Short description: new : The Lore could change, so maybe Urgot wasn't divide in this lore. old : Urgot got "killed" in Noxus that does not mean that he is still Nin Noxus. Taun is he city of experiments ( zac , mundo) , crime city - (ekko) and monsters ( WW ). I think Urgot fit actually more in Zaun than in Noxus
