Anyone know how to get the Japanese voices?

Not sure if this is the right board but does anyone know how to install the Japanese voices so that i hear them in game? Any help would be great. Thanks

Idk if im allowed to link here , but google "lexwah". Its a program that allows you to change voices (not only jap but other voices as well). Been using it for quite some time and never had any issue with it.

Im using it right now as we're speaking ! I think the guy updated his program yesterday.
