Did Yasuo met Taliyah before his showdown with Yone?

Two markers to support this are the hair tie that he received from Taliyah and the image at the end of the short story. From what it seems, Yasuo's lengthy and majestic mane was grown to full length during his time on the run. Taliyah's cloth permanent fixture on Yasuo finalizes his appearance prior to his duel with Yone. The picture of Taliyah and Yasuo at the end further confirms this as Yasuo does not have his signature nose scar yet.

Any further evidence for or against?

against: the whole bit in the last section about him getting upset when family was brought up.

Well Yasuo seemingly used to wear his hair like that in the past already. I mean when he was released we got this picture of a younger yasuo http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/3/33/Yasuo_and_Yone_sneak_peek2.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20131114202508

So it is possible that he used to wear his hair like that,then killed yone and then started to wear his hair down,before tying it up again after meeting Taliyah
