Feb 16, will the Garen and Azir skins become available again? I'd pay double for them both because they are far and away the best skins on both champions.
On a related note. Will Death Sworn(Kat + Zed) be available only next Halloween or is there any way I could be lucky enough to pick them up before that?
Yes to the first (although I'm not sure on the exact dates. Just whenever Riot starts the Lunar Revel event).
Yes to the second. The skins will be available to purchase directly when the Harrowing event rolls around again, but you can try your luck at grabbing them through mystery gifts (have a friend send them or make a smurf) or Hextech Chests (either the free ones of the ones you buy). There's the slight chance that Riot does some sort of event in between where they bring the skins out, but highly unlikely.
Don't forget the "Your shop" thing they added you could get it there as well along with Warring Kingdoms and at like half off or more, that's where I got mine cause as you can see I don't have the icon.
