Janna complete lore overhaul..? eh.

As someone who's played Janna since s2 I can't say I am very impressed with Janna's new lore overhaul. Literally scrapping her old story entirely, which to my memory is that Janna was a mage. A very talented, powerful mage that wasn't air specific but was extremely adept in air magic and began to take its properties physically. This new Janna lore consists of her being somewhat worshipped like a god. . That can shapeshift apparently. Not a very prevalent god but one that comes in a time of need, which is neat. . But suddenly can't uh, turn into a bird until people chant her name. While it was a cute story it's a complete turnaround from the image that was painted of her since release. Not one to complain about lore but since the effort is finally being put into it why not? Also a great time to mention because I still can't comprehend to this day WHY her splash art prior to this one was changed. There was alot going on in the photo from right to left and this new Janna lacks that beauty, she even lost her somewhat cultural looking tattoo and now looks like a crackhead that needs you to say her name so she can turn into a bird again. Can we have that splash back?
