@Riot with the Lore changes to a lot of Valoran...

Please take a fresh look at Noxus. There is so much you can expand on, from the social mobility to the acceptance of all cultures. I would like to see Noxus as more than just the dark and evil place. Lore wise, it is so unique and special. I think Riot could make Noxus a place people would actually want to stand for.

PS Please take a look at Marcus DuCoteau as well. I think we're all curious on what happens.
