Yeah, the new Bewitching skins are cool and all, but.......

Why are Tristana and Morgana the ones getting them? I mean, they work thematically and all and they are definitely great skins in their own right, but a) Tristana already has 7 skins, one of which was released relatively recently by LoL standards and is a Legendary. The same goes for Morgana, with eight skins, one of which that was also released relatively recently and has great effects and art for a 975.

Meanwhile plenty of champions haven't gotten skins in years, or have sat on 1-3 skins while not being recent at all. Illaoi is certainly due for a skin now that champions like Kindred and Ekko have gotten theirs. Those that come to mind include Galio, Urgot, Syndra, Cassiopeia, Yorick, Karthus, TK, Swain, Viktor, Vel'Koz, Shen, Vladimir, Mordekaiser, Skarner, Heimerdinger, and Singed, among others, I'm sure. Any one of those champions would have been perfect candidates for these skins.

In short I understand Riot is a company designed around making profits off of a free-to-play game but it would be nice if some other champions got to have skins instead of the same few popular ones, or in the very least ones that haven't gotten high-price skins recently or don't have many in the first place. Underplayed champions have mains too, you know, and they enjoy skins as much as the Lees, Annies, and Ahris, so I hope the Skin Team remembers that for the next batch of cool skins.

Honestly, I just wish they stop giving Morgana skins as she's in dire need of a visual upgrade. She's heavily outdated and hasn't aged well but for some reason, they continue to make new skins for her. In my honest opinion, they should've give the Bewitched skin to Karma, imagine all the hex and spells they could've done to her particles in a witch getup. If they can make a reaper skin for Soraka for Halloween, they can turn Karma into a witch.

I'm ok with Teemo and Tristana getting a skin for a couple of reasons. They finally fullfill Teemo's Satan meme and did a mighty well job with it. Aside from Dragon Trainer, this is the first proper non-legendary skin for Tristana after the rework so I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt for someone who don't want to spend money on a legendary skin.

Of the champs listed, I think really only Cass and Syndra would be great fits for Wicked Witches. Galio and Urgot are being reworked, so we have to wait for that to be completed and then settle before making a new skin for them. Vel'koz, Singed and TK got skins earlier this year, Vlad, Skarner, Syndra and Morde got skins last year (which, with a cadence >130 skins a year, means they're not back at the top of the list right now).

The others? I totally agree they need new skins! Yorick and Shen are clear of updates and back on the table while Cass, Karth, Swain, Vik and Heim are all overdue.

When it comes to counting skins, in general older champions are going to have more than newer ones and that probably won't change.

Did you factor in the possibility that some of these champs may have skins already in the works? Or they're saving them for a specific event?

They probably desperately wanted to make a Devil Teemo skin for Halloween, so I think it's reasonable enough for Trist to get a Halloween skin too. Also because there were none or barely any Yordles with Halloween skins. So I can assume where they were going kind of. Not too sure about Morgana either, though. (Since she already is a witch)

I'm happy with devil teeto cuz I hate him and he deserves that skin. I'm kinda indifferent about the Trist one... she has a lot of skins already but I think it's fine. Morg though... what was rito thinking? She already has a halloween skin and a ton of skins... [zombie-brand-mindblown]
