She may not be sitting right on Swain's shoulder anymore, but she is still around.
Going on the PBE and messing around in practice shows that she sits on the terrain following Swain around, and more of her appear the more Souls he has collected. It's a bit creepy actually when you have 7 birds just staring at you.

it's actually nice since I am probably going to play Swain top after his released while killing the enemy top laner over & over....Top lane is a bit empty ya know? These ravens will keep me from getting lonely...

After hearing his VO it seems to me like Beatrice is not only around but she/it gave him an energy arm, which most likely also fixed his leg, it's an interesting take, his visual age is the only thing that still bothers me though, specially on the bilgewater skin
The fact that a thread entitled, "Beatrice is still around" is evidence there is a serious serious issue with the new Swain. Birds/Beatrice were synonymous with Swain, as you felt and saw them every time you pressed Q or R.
That's actually really cool, creepy but cool :D
