My issues/opinion of God Fist Lee Sin

This skin just has me wondering if there is some lore associated with it? Like he gained some transcendent power in the story? Just seems like a different character to me. Here's a few of my issues:

1.) The VO. Apparently he gained some godly power and now talks very condescendingly. It is a massive departure from his original character and kind of makes him sound like a giant asshole. The lines are more along the lines of what Xerath would say. 2.) The particles. Another pay to win skin? All his abilities are muted in their color and contrast so they just sort of blend in with the background. Elemental lux is guilty of this as well, where you can't really tell what ability is being thrown out. I don't even think I get when his passive is on. His Q just looks like a blurred ghost and his shield is very feint. 3.) The animations. I really dislike the God shove on his R. His running animation looks like Tiger stance Udyr. His second and third auto attacks (the kicks) looks incredibly bad to me, especially the forward push kick where he tilts his whole body back. Very clunky looking. The punches look pretty good though. 4.) Overall design. Just a half naked dude with glowy bits. Feels like a very uninspired, Spirit Guard Udyr wannabe skin. The glowing marks on his body could have been a very cool idea if it wasn't just blended with the rest of his glowy body so all you really see is a golden messy blur of a body. Maybe make the marks on his body blue instead of golden like everything else. Would be very cool to have a glowing blue tattoo on his back or something.

Just my overall opinion. I think it has all the work of a legendary skin but probably just not my taste and doesn't really feel like the same character.
