Considering annie's iconic status in league of legends. I was wondering. why hasn't she gotten an ultimate skin yet, where she goes from a lil girl to an adult?
I think the challenge fits well with the theme of ultimate skins (re-imaging champions)
That's... not the point of ultimate skins. Ultimate skins are supposed to break the conventions of normal cosmetics. i.e. DJ Sona has her own music you can jam to while playing.
Or GG Miss Fortune, who can literally change skins mid game, same with Elementalist Lux.
That doesn't work with Annie, because silhouetting. She needs to be recognizable as Annie at all stages of the game.
