Custom / New Loading Screens?
I cant be the only one that spent 5 minutes stuck in the loading screen just staring at the pc.
My Ideas / changes: (you should be able to turn these on/off)

Being Able to click on one of the champions and get some bits of lore or fun facts depending on the team comp (Example: if GP and Illaoi are in the same game the fun fact could be "Illaoi was gangplank´s first love")

Being Able to check other player´s stats without the use of other websites or programs

Maybe Even a simple/minigame on the side

Options to change the background. Or maybe animate it.
[sg-jinx] maybe that would make loading screens less depressing
