Champion Visual Updates
Is every champion going to eventually get a visual update. Or are there some older ones who you just plan on doing a texture update for. Also where is the cut off point to who is getting updated?

I guess that every champ that came out before 2013 (with a few exceptions) will eventually get a VU, but that could take years. :P
EDIT: Also I think that they're done with Model&Textures updates for the most part, for now. (I remember, I think, Meddler saying that they're done with MTUs for a while.)
Every Champion before Darius are up for a possible VU and up for initial lore changes. Any champion is up for a VO, Splash art, and VFX update and expanding their lore.
