The new map revealed what cities some characters are from

But I'm curious about some that weren't shown. From Demacia it says the city of Demacia is "the seat of power for the noble houses" yet several nobles are missing from the included champion portraits. Are Sona, Vayne, and Fiora from different cities that weren't given info on, or were they excluded from the capital for a reason? Just a thoughts I had from seeing the map.

The former reason - they're not officially stated to be from a specific city. (Yet.)

Only a few champions had their cities/towns/villages of birth mentioned on the map (like Riven, or Quinn). But not all of them, despite knowing the locations for a lot of them.
