Is senna evil, corrupted?
Have a lot of questions. Like first how does she have a physical body? I thought her soul was what was taken. And what's with the glowy eyes? Is she evil now, corrupted by thresh?

Riot didn't want her to look scary or undead so its basically just "magic". She somehow uses the corrupt unholy magic of the black mist to form a normal fleshy human body, which is ridiculous.
Glowy eyes is Riot's way of lazily communicating she's """"corrupted"""" outside of her cloak turning into smoke at times. Although Lucian also has bright green eyes so it doesn't even really stand out much.
Her body, supposedly, was made from her 'excess of life' if that's what you can call it due to a so called 'curse' she's had since she first encountered the Black Mist as a child as why she is hunted by undead monsters but she supposedly used this 'excess of life' and the Black Mist to make a new body or something like that.
In other words riot's went "Magic, ain't gotta explain shit"
Second question, yes her soul was taken by Thresh and was heavily implied (before they changed his and lucian's lore to allow her to exist at all) that her soul was beyond saving short of killing Thresh himself and being tortured within the lantern as well.
As for your last question, Arakadia summed it up best. They wanted to convey that she was tainted by the Black Mists but didn't want her to look like Kalista or Yorick (whom the latter is still alive but heavily tainted to the point of being unrecognizable as human) probably because the KDA skin line sold like hot cakes and are hoping that if she look human they can make 'sexier' skins for her to capitalize on.
Regardless of the reason, it was a very lazy way to do it
She is undead, her soul merely took the appearance of her body. Look at Pyke for example, he is undead and incorporeal too, yet his body doesn't look like a complete ghost.
but she used to be innocent, not down to earth evil, you know.
