Sure, she's Noxian, but she was instrumental both in releasing Renekton and Xerath (due to her hiring Sivir & Co.) and reviving Azir (she was the one who injured Sivir).
Amumu and Skarner get lore pages, but not Cassiopeia?

Amumu and Skarner are both from Shurima, and inhabit that locale currently
Tesrac1 votesSkarner is from the Crystal Scar, he was awakened when the Institute of War detonated a stasis spell to stop fighting between Noxus and Demacia, they retconned him into the Shurima lore, same with Xerath, Nasus, and Renekton. Trundle also, he was retconned into the Frejhold lore.
Not sure about Amumu though, but I'm pretty certain he isn't tied to the Shurima lore being a Yordle and all.

And while he was a Yordle in his previous lores, the current canon neither confirms nor denies his race as of yet, much like how several Champions have underwent racial changes in the past, and how Nunu's gender has been swapped several times, and considering Rioters are now refusing to answer the question of his race despite it previously having been confirmed means it's up in the air.

Taric went from being a Demacian soldier to becoming an Aspect of Targon, and his views and alliances shifted accordingly, he identifies as an Aspect of Targon who must protect the world from the Void rather than as a disgraced Demacian soldier who was basically exiled from his homeland.
Cassie went to Shurima as a Noxian and left Shurima as a Noxian, her views didn't change and her story still lies in Noxus rather than Shurima, much like how Taliyah's story lies in Shurima despite her Ionian adventure clearly being a defining chapter of her life.

LordHippoman1 votesJaredan addressed this in the Shurima Q&A, Cass was involved in the events of Azir's resurrection, but she's very firmly Noxian, and most of her story is located there. Same for a couple other champs with minor roles. (Like Ezreal, IIRC?)
