Certain characters are essentially walking examples of "X city state" and their culture.Just wanna explain a city state? Point them to this guy.

These are practically shoe-ins, but who fits best for the other citystates? ? ?

Agreed on Freljord!

Karma is very different from the more normal Ionian. In her lore they say that nobody in her village wanted to fight against anyone even if it meant that they would be killed by Noxus. She fought to save everyone. That means that Karma don't represent the Ionian ideals. I think Shen would be a better fit because he just wants balance. (I don't know anything about Iralias lore exept that she have telekinetic powers.

Gangplank is probably a better fit for Bilgewater because Miss Fortune doesn't have that selfish and cruel side to her that many from Bilgewater have.

Either of the two could work IMO, I personally agreed with how Iliaoi felt about Gangplank. Yes he was cruel, but he didn't really embody the main aspect of Bilgwater, where you take what you desire. He was a complacent leader who had achieved a notoriety where everything was just handed to him with out question, where Miss Fortune actually went all they way to take what she wanted, no matter the cost.

I agree! Both could work, MF have fought for her desire and have done it herself not paid some thugs to do it for her. But she is still a little bit too nice to everyone. The opposite to selfish (selfless?). I'm thinking about that little girl and her mom that she saves from a thug in her concept art!

While gangplank does what he does in a selfish way. He might not do it himself but he sure would kill someone to get some extra thugs to rule over!

Sivir is better for new Shurima because Taliyah is to nice to everyone while almost everyone hates each other and are power hungry and are ready to do anything to survive.

Personally I'd argue Leona is now more of a Paragon of Targon than Pantheon is. Though he definitely was for the old lore.

From what I remember Ashe is supposed to be unique for trying to make Freljord united. Liss is an ancient evil. But Sejuana is just another clan lord so I'd give her the paragon medal.

Bilgewater is equally MF and GP. They're the pirate and the pirate hunter.

I associate Piltover with Cait the most, don't know if she is a paragon though.

I don't think leadership immediately makes you a paragon. What I mean by Paragon is to embody a society's values. To essentially be a success story of them, to be emblemic of them. An "Ideal" Hero to the culture in question. Someone to whom to aspire to be like.

hence why I thought olaf would fit best. Tyrnd's a close second. Both really fight the "Norse" culture better than the other characters, although Ashe does embody the "new" frelijord more.
