Could we have the boy (Naph) in Viktor's story be a concept for a new champion?

First of all, I really loved the story. Bravo writers!

I'm just asking cuz it would be nice to have someone who actually understands Viktor. Unlike ekko, Naph could be someone who looks up to Viktor, after all, he did help get rid of his bullies indirectly. Viktor also gave the option to 'return if you wish a more permanent solution'. Imagine if Naph did return and became augmented, becoming the first(?) human, other than Vik, to join the glorious revolution. Just having another cyborg in LoL sounds awesome and having Naph as the base seems like a decent idea.
