Champions' lore affecting their scaling

This is kinda silly but I've kinda had this head cannon where a champion's lore ties in with their scaling. For an example, Talon. Talon is a champ who has the most affect on the earliest parts of the game, which makes me think that in a story involving all of the champs, he would likely take actions in the earliest parts of the story, influencing the story from the beginning (example: assassinating an important political figure).

Another champion that would be an example of this would be Nasus. In the story that we got involving him, Xerath, Taliyah, and Sivir, he didn't really do much, but I can imagine that towards the end of their storyline, he'll do something much more important.

Obviously, this is just my own head cannon, so it might not be very true, but I find it fun to think about. Are there any champs that you guys can imagine fitting this rule?

Now I'm sitting here, patiently waiting for Twitch to obliterate whole Piltover and Zaun in the late lore.
